What If Downspouts & Bentonite Injections Aren't What I Need?

There are times when improving the drainage system around your home and adding downspouts are not enough to prevent water from leaking in to your basement or crawlspace. There are also cases when sodium bentonite injections are not appropriate. This when you should consider if an interior drain tile system is appropriate for you.

An interior drain tile system is one in which we remove part of the concrete floor of your basement and lay perforated pipe or drain tile along the edge before replacing the concrete. This pipe captures any water that comes in through the walls and redirects the water to your sump pump instead of into your basement.

There are things to consider when determining how and where to lay the drain tile, and that is where our experience is beneficial. We have been doing this for years, and we know how to do it right.
